Thank you for supporting MindforgeFlow. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for our digital products, current ebook, future guides, and possible future physical products.
Our current product is a digital ebook: “Heal Your Gut, Heal Your Life.” Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, copied, or saved immediately after purchase, refunds are limited.
2. Digital Product Refund Policy
All digital product sales are generally final once the product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or emailed to the customer.

- PDFs
- Checklists

- Digital wellness resources

3. When a Refund May Be Considered
MindforgeFlow may consider a refund in limited situations, such as:
- You were charged more than once for the same product by mistake.
- You purchased the same product twice by accident.
- You never received access to the digital product and we are unable to fix the delivery issue.
- A technical issue prevents access to the product and we cannot provide a working file or replacement link.

4. Refunds Not Usually Offered For
Refunds are not usually provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Not reading the product description before buying
- Expecting medical treatment, guaranteed results, or instant changes
- Not liking the format after the file has been delivered
- Downloading or accessing the product and then requesting a refund
- Forgetting to use the product
- Buying the wrong product when the product page clearly explained what was included
5. Product Access Issues
If you did not receive your download link or cannot access your product, contact us at mindforgeflow@@gmail.com. We will try to resend the file, provide a replacement download link, or help you access your purchase.
6. No Medical Result Guarantees
MindforgeFlow products are educational resources. We do not guarantee specific health, digestion, energy, fitness, weight loss, sleep, or wellness results.
Refunds are not given because a customer did not experience a specific result. The product is designed to help you learn and build better awareness, not to diagnose, treat, cure, or guarantee outcomes.
7. Future Physical Product Refunds
If MindforgeFlow later sells physical products, those products may have separate return, refund, shipping, and delivery rules. Physical product refund rules may depend on the supplier, product type, condition, shipping status, and whether the item has been opened or used.
Any product-specific return terms should be listed on the product page when physical products are added.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first at mindforgeflow@gmail.com so we can help. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and may result in restricted access to future purchases.
